Fritz I. Nelson Sr. was born on November 24, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Maerilla and Edward Nelson.
In his early years, he attended South Shore High School in Brooklyn, New York where he obtained his High School diploma. After he finished high school, he went to work for the Bell Atlantic telephone company. He retired after 25 years of service.
Fritz was a kind-hearted individual, he was a loving devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to know him was to love him. His smile would light up the room.
He's preceded in death by his Mother Maerilla and Father Edward, his Brothers Eddie and Danny, his Sister Mildred and his Son Amaziah. Heaven has gained another angel.
Fritz Isadore Nelson Sr. was called home on October 18, 2018.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving Wife: Denise Germany-Nelson, Daughters: Itisha Germany-Wise, Tanisha Nelson, Kenya Harper and Shamkia Nelson-Guity; Sons: William Harper and Fritz Nelson Jr.; Sons in law: Aaron Wise and George Guity, Grandchildren: Destiny, Malik, Taniah, Tanayah, Makaylah, Elijah, Nylah, Malia, Ray-Ray, Georgie, O'Neil; Sisters: Maerilla Nelson and Antionette Gaston and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Brothers in law, Sisters in law and a Mother in law: Cola C. Germany who loved him as her own. Along with extended family and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
