Gregory Evans was born on August 29, 1962 to Roselle Evans-Wright and the late Lewis H. Moore.
Gregory academics began at P.S. 174, to JHS 292, advancing him to Fort Hamilton High School. Soon after leaving High School he found himself seeking a better life and decided to enlist in the U.S. Army, from 1980-1984. During a home visit he met and married the love of his life Zharklene Jackson. Gregory fathered four beautiful children.
Remembering Gregory: a jokester, always finding humor that lifted one’s spirit during the stress of life. He was his mother and sister’s protector, to his brother’s he was the master mind of games, especially chess and words with friends etc. Some cousins thought him to be the quiet storm. He was always respectful to his elders and he had a strong will.
He leaves to mourn, four children Gregory Jr. Kaisson, Jasmine and Anquisha, his loving mother Roselle, five brothers Thomas, Kendrick, John, Victor, and Robert, six sister Tanya, Anja, Kim, Renee, Crystal and Gloria.
