Evelyn Nunez was born at Saint Roosevelt Hospital in New York, NY on January 28, 1976, to Aida Celeste Reyes and Candido Nunez both of her endearing parents preceded her in death. 

 

Evelyn was educated in the Massachusetts Public School System and following her mother’s death she relocated to New York City and in 1994 she graduated from High School.

 

Evelyn treasured her role - being a great mother to beautiful daughters Sue and Jashlyn. Evelyn loved people and she loved to have fun. Anywhere she was invited she was going to make everyone laugh and enjoy the time she was spending with them.  To know Evelyn was to love her and she loved you right back. She was enjoying life and trying to make the best of every moment.

 

On September 13, 2020, the Lord in his infinite wisdom saw fit to call Evelyn to come home from her cares and labors. By our measure of time her time with us was cut too short but God knows best the need of his servant.

 

Evelyn leaves behind to cherish her memories; her Daughters: Suheldy “Sue” Nunez & Jashlyn Hernandez; One Sister Maria

 

Justiniano (Husband: Hector), Brothers: Rudy Santos and Franklin Santos.  One Grandson: Kyle Nunez.  A Host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends.
