Keith Alexander Obituary

50 years of a Wonderful Life  ended November 2, 2018, when our Lord and savior called Keith  home to a peaceful nest and placed him in his Heavenly Garden. Keith Alexander aka “Sha” was born on July 6, 1968 to James Alexander and the late Jannie Alexander, until the age of 3 he then lived with his stepmother Ida Felton.

Keith navigated through Brooklyn's Public-School System until he later performed professional skills as a Food Service Worker and Counselor. Keith was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone and need. Keith was both a blessing and a pleasure to be around, always the life of the party. He will always be remembered by his favorite lines “let's get lit”, “get right”, “pull up”, and “I got the Henny”. Nothing was better than waking up to his breakfast. Another skill that he mastered. Keith always represented to the day he died Brooklyn “Bed-Stuy Do or Die”. Definitely one of Brooklyn's Finest. He valued family and friends and his loyalty was beyond approach. Always ready to lend an ear. Always that person you can count on no matter what. To know him is to love him.

Keith leaves his memories to be cherished by his Father: James Alexander, Stepmother: Marie Alexander. Sisters: Rose Felton, Pam Felton, Babbie Crothers, Tanya Alexander, Stephanie Hunter, Darlene and the late Cookie. Brothers: Eugene Alexander, Clyde Simmons, Douglas Larry, and the late Herman Felton. Nieces: Tynesha, Kim, Tracie, Sarah, LaShonda, Kim, Diamond, Dominique and Latrell. Nephews: Pop, Mike, Ernest, Ronaldo, Jermaine, Lashawn, Anthony and Kenshawn.  Host of Great Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles. We would like to acknowledge a very special person Sharon Barbee the woman who Keith have share the past year as the last days of his life.
